1-4-1 PROGRAM

The fact that God is concerned with the plight of those in need is obvious from the Scriptures. We know compassion is a word of action because when Jesus saw human suffering, His compassion for His fellow man moved Him to alleviate their suffering. Through the demonstration of His life, Jesus calls the people of God to practice love, kindness, compassion, and servanthood and as Jesus' disciples, we take His example literally.

Our "1 - 4 - 1" Program is our way of making the world a better place one dollar at a time. For every person in attendance at one of our Sunday morning gatherings we donate one dollar to a local or global cause. In addition, for every guest who fills out a connect card we donate five dollars to the same cause.

As we grow we will be able to do more and more. Will you join us on our journey to help change our community and our world?

SEE WHO WE SUPPORT

Safe Families

Safe Families provides a model in which parents can voluntarily place their child(ren) with a Host Family while retaining custody during the temporary placement.

Safe Families Canada’s volunteers serve without compensation and are motivated by the compassion and grace they first received from Jesus Christ.

Open Doors Ministries

More than 380 million Christians face high levels of persecution and discrimination for their faith in Jesus. With your help, Open Doors is strengthening Christians where faith costs the most.

St John Ambulance

St. John Ambulance is an international humanitarian organization and is a foundation of the Order of St. John. As Canada's standard for excellence in first aid and CPR services, St. John Ambulance offers innovative programs, ensuring Canadians receive the best quality training. Revenue generated from first aid/CPR training supports St. John Ambulance's charitable work.

Food 4 Kids Niagara

Our Mission: To provide packages of healthy food for elementary school students with little or no access to food during the weekend and summer months.

South Niagara Life Ministries

NLC’s initial vision was to sustain a nurturing life affirming network throughout the Niagara Region, offering supportive services to assist those with an unplanned pregnancy.

Today, crisis and practical services have evolved at SNLM to serve in all sorts of life crisis, issues, and problems; to address area gaps/needs for services.  Since SNLM's conception in 1992, requests for help increasingly come from all corners of the region and across our North American border, usually by word of mouth and/or referrals.  All services are free - as sustained by area donations and sponsored events.

Teen Challenge

Teen Challenge Canada operates 12-month in-residence alcohol and drug addiction rehabilitation programs, for adults 18+, with centres located in Alberta, Atlantic Canada, Saskatchewan and Ontario. We offer help and hope to those struggling with alcoholism and/or addiction to other drugs. Those in addiction, their family and friends, begin their restoration at Teen Challenge.
